A Simple All-Natural Homemade PlayDough Recipe
Mix all your dry ingredients. Add the oil. Add some food colouring to your hot water and then pour in your dry ingredients. Mix well with your hands. Add some more flour if your mixture is too sticky. Knead on a floured surface.
Your playdough will keep for several months in an airtight container.
Combine all the ingredients in a large resealable food bag or a plastic container and close. Massage the outside of the bag well with your hands or shake to box vigurously to get all the rice covered. Empty your rice on grease proof paper and let dry for a few minutes. Pop your rice in large box with some other bits like dinosaurs, cars, containers, spoons... for some great sensory play.
**You can also dye dry pasta, dry chickpeas, dry beans.
Wisk the food colouring with the oil and then add to the flour. Mix well with a fork and then knead it with your hands until you get a consistency that keeps it's shape when pressed. Pop the cloud dough in a container with tubs and spoon for some sand castle making!
